Please note that the resort is approximately a 3-hour drive from
Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok.
Once you submit your flight details, our management team will contact you with transportation options. If you are travelling with a large group, we can assist with arranging a bus for your group.

When do we check in/check out?

Check-in is on March 12, 2027, anytime after 12:00 PM, and check-out is on March 15, 2027 at 12:00 PM. If you plan to arrive before noon on March 12, please inform the wedding planning team in advance.

What if I want to fly in earlier/stay longer?

As the venue is approximately a 3-hour drive, guests who would like to arrive earlier may find it convenient to stay at a hotel in bangkok or in hua hin itself. If you are looking at a sister resort, which include The Palayana or The Yana Villas, please let us know and we will be able to help arrange a discounted rate. Same goes with staying longer, if you choose to stay in Hua Hin at Aviyana or the sister hotels longer, you can get the wedding discount. Just let us/our planners know.

What will we need at check-in?

Please ensure you bring:
• A physical ID for each guest staying in the room. (PASSPORT) • One credit card to keep on file for any additional services (room service, laundry, etc.)

Please fly into Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok, we will help arrange transportation from this location.
